Ziraffe accepts returns within 14 days of receipt in original packaging for full refund.
Before shipping back your return, please send us an email at email@example.com. Please include your order number, item(s) you are returning, and a brief description of reasons for your return. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.
Playsuit, swim, books, toys, accessories, sale items, special orders and ALL LovedBy_Community™ items are non-refundable. Your return must be accompanied by your receipt. Shipping costs will not be included in store credit. Your return needs to be insured for the full price of the items enclosed, packed well, and shipped to Ziraffe:

We need to be notified within 7 days of delivery if anything in your shipment has been damaged, so please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival.
